Ahmad is a British Association Behavioural Cognitive Psychotherapist (BABCP) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) UK and Ireland accredited Psychotherapist with 12 years of experience in mental health with a speciality in Trauma Response. His experience ranges from primary care to tertiary care mental health service in the NHS and the private sector.

He has spearheaded the development of psychological support systems for the LGBTQ+ community with Belgian associations and is also a senior therapist for the Grenfell fire response in the United Kingodom. He has experience of working with international NGOs and also consults through his cabinet: Fighting Fear.
Born in Lahore, Pakistan, Ahmad moved to the United Kingdom at the age of 8 and completed his education and training there. He is an alumnus of Cardiff University, The University of York and Royal Holloway University London. He is currently residing and consulting between London and Brussels .

Ahmad is passionate about combating health inequalities, especially within minority communities, through improving their access to evidenced based support and bridging the gap between the state and private sector through meaningful collaborations.
